Combining her passion for photography and her love of people, Kay Eskridge’s studio, Images by Kay & Co. has earned a sterling reputation in Phoenix, Arizona. She and her team take great pride in not only the imagery they create but also the high level of customer service they provide. Specializing as a lifestyle portrait artist, Kay’s clientele has come to rely on her to capture images from all of life’s special events, from weddings to infants and High School Seniors to summer family vacations. Her focus on relationships, creative approach to children and family portraiture, unique perspective on wedding photography and clear vision about business has provided her with much success doing something she loves.

Images by Kay & Co. offers clients something every unique as it functions as an all female team. Every session is handled by two team members assuring attention to detail and a successful experience. Children are given time to ‘play’ in the comfortable living room atmosphere prior to every session which gives them time to warm up to the photography team. This also provides an opportunity to find out what makes the little one ‘tick’ and how best to work with them thus guaranteeing the images created will reflect a happy comfortable child. This warming up period has become a trademark of the studio and is a vital part of the portrait experience at Kay & Co.

From the moment you walk into the front lobby (decorated to reflect a comfortable living room) your senses will be treated to aromatic candles, soft music and portraits beautifully displayed around the room. The gallery hallway is full of Award Winning images and both male and female dressing suites offer amenities (from blow dryers and makeup to razors and shaving cream) to help make your portrait experience a success. The ladies room is complete with a babies changing table to accommodate the many little ones photographed and diapers are stocked in a variety of sizes. In each room you will also find hospitality stations filled with snacks, treats and breath mints . . . just in case.

The camera room is truly state of the art as it is designed ‘in the round’ so that all walls provide unique background opportunities. The beautiful hardwood flooring may be incorporated into the images so that portraits represent a look similar to that of any home. The large bay window offers a breathtaking light that only nature can provide. You may enjoy images created in front of a white washed brick wall, French paneled cove, brown faux finished Tuscan style wall, a traditional ‘old masters’ style backdrop or one of the many different colored panels . . . there is something for everyone.

Last but not least, our theater room. The theater walls are adorned with sample prints, frames and collages. We want to make your projection appointment as comfortable as possible, that is why we have all leather swivel chairs that allow you to move yours eyes about the room. Once you have made yourself at home, we have custom slideshow of your images. This will help you make that important decision of what to order. With Kay’s help, it should be easy!  We offer client incentives on the date the projection is scheduled, if the order is placed after that date, the incentives are void. An archive retrieval fee may be applied to an order placed after the schedules projection date. We ask that you have all decision makers present for your projection appointment, and have some ideas of where you would like the images displayed in your home, to make the process run smoothly for everyone.
